Gift Wrapping Service

We offer a gift wrapping service for those who need it. You can add this as a product to your cart or tick the box at check out.

Items can be gift wrapped with or without gift boxes and include a personal printed message (you will find a text box to add this message on our cart page). We never include pricing information in a gift order and will dispatch within 48 hours Monday to Friday.

We wrap your baby gifts using eco-friendly wrapping paper, cardboard gift tags and paper tape which can be fully recycled on arrival. Ribbons cannot be recycled but can be reused.

If you have any queries about gift wrap or would like something packaged a certain way, please leave a note to us at check out. We want your gifts to be as well received as you do.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide with Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Our shipping rates are flat rate and based on the average size and weight of our orders. Please be aware that packages sent internationally may be subject to clearance fees. These fees are not included in our postage charges and will need to be paid separately by the customer.

• UK deliveries under £40 - £3.95 (2-3 business days from dispatch)

• UK deliveries over £40 – FREE (2-3 business days from dispatch)

• UK next day (excluding Saturdays) - £9.50 (next working day)

• Europe deliveries - £14.55 (3-5 working days from dispatch)

• World Zone 1 - £21.80 (5-7 working days from dispatch)

• World Zone 2 - £24.70 (5-7 working days from dispatch)

What is your returns policy?

Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. You can return your items within the UK for free. International returns are returned at your cost. Read our full returns policy here.
