How much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide with Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Our shipping rates are flat rate and based on the average size and weight of our orders. Please be aware that packages sent internationally may be subject to clearance fees. These fees are not included in our postage charges and will need to be paid separately by the customer.

What is your returns policy?

Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. You can return your items within the UK for free. International returns are returned at your cost. Read our full returns policy here.

Sustainability and environmental impact are extremely important to us.

• We are a plastic-free business and pack your orders using materials that are environmentally friendly, made from recycled materials, are reusable, recyclable and/or FSC certified.

• We offset the carbon footprint of our products by planting trees with every order through ecologi.com

• We will never burn stock or dump it in landfill. We don’t agree with ‘fast fashion’ - where possible our bestsellers will remain available for you to buy.

• We make 99% of our product range locally in the UK. By 2022 we aim to make 100% of our products here. This helps us to manage quality, repurpose wastage, reduces our carbon footprint and creates local employment opportunities.

• We will only use materials that meet functional purposes and promote product longevity.

• We will only use sustainably source, natural and/or organic fibres to make our products. This includes bamboo which is a man-made fabric using cellulose extracted from bamboo.*

• We will only work with factories that are vetted for safety, working conditions and environmental impact, and will source from within the UK wherever possible.

• We will only use water-based, environmentally-friendly and/or OEKOTEX (class 1 for baby) certified printing processes.

*the exception to this is the use of synthetic fibres where they are fundamental to product performance e.g. waterproof PUL fabric for our organic cotton nappy pouches.
