Our bamboo swaddle blankets are made from 100% bamboo rayon; a silky soft fabric and luxury alternative to traditional cotton muslin. Often described as feeling like cashmere, bamboo is also highly absorbent, sustainable and better for the environment than cotton. Our bamboo swaddle blankets are;
Extremely soft - due to the naturally round and smooth fibres of the Bamboo plant
Highly absorbent - for drawing moisture away from the skin
Breathable - built with an open weave which lets body heat escape and helps to prevent overheating
Extra-large - at 120cm x 120cm they are incredibly versatile and not just for swaddling
Unique - all of our designs have been created in partnership with independent British artists
Designed and made in Britain - and well-made to last
Easy to care for - can be ironed and machine washed for everyday use
What can I use my bamboo swaddle blankets for?
Not all babies enjoy swaddling but these unique baby blankets offer so much more. Generously sized at 120cm x 120cm they can also be used for lining cots (they make a super soft alternative to standard sheets and line almost the entire cot/cot bed mattress), lining prams, as pram blankets or lightweight blankets, for lining changing mats, as makeshift changing mats when out and about, for feeding, as a breastfeeding cover, as a play mat or for tummy time and more.
